The Classic Penedès Rosat Reserva is composed of equal parts Macabeu and Grenache grown on calcareous soil. – The Grenache macerates with the skins for 9-12 hours to create a pale pink hue. After a primary fermentation with natural yeasts in stainless steel- the wine is aged on the lees for a minimum of 20 months and bottled with zero dosage.
