Champagne Pertois-Moriset is an independent- family owned and operated grower-producer situated in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. This beautiful rosé Champagne is 92% Chardonnay and 8% still Pinot Noir from Bouzy. It spends 3 whole years on the less and is bottled with 3 g/l dosage. Very dry wonderful balance and creamy texture. Notes of ripe wild strawberries and raspberries and brioche.
