One of the tiniest producers in Champagne is also doing perhaps the best farming in the region. The vineyards of Emilien Feneuil spread between the villages of Charmery, Les Basses Croix and Les Gillis are teeming with life; wild flowers, birds chirping, bees buzzing, trees planted amongst the vines, cover crops abound. This rosé of maceration is 100% Pinot Noir spent two days on the skins, both fermented and aged in barrel before the second fermentation, and made with the absolute minimum of sulfur. The wine is vibrant, juicy bing cherry, fresh herbs, and the lightest, most delicate bubbles. Drink now or age for 5-10 years!
