A. Bergère estate is based in the lesser known Vallée du Petit Morin, with some holdings in the the Côte des Blancs and the Sézanne. When the current generation of the family, Adrien Bergère, joined the team, he spearheaded the conversion to organic farming in 2015, which has been a careful and deliberate process of their 45 hectares. The ‘Brut Rosé’ is 90% Chardonnay with 10% Coteaux Champenois Pinot Noir added giving this wine a bright pop of fresh cherry and strawberry.
