Bruno Dangin’s vineyards sit just a stone’s throw away from the Champagne border so they are technically a Cremant de Bourgogne but made with the same method on the same limestone soil with the same varieties; in this case 100% Pinot Noir. Still a rarity in this region they farm everything organically with an emphasis on biodiversity and the health of his growing family who helps work the land all together.
