I have tasted many disappointing NA wines in the search for something not just tolerable- but actually enjoyable and I was so happy to come across the NON wines. NON is based in Melbourne Australia and run by a team of chefs and beverage professionals who use high quality produce and a variety of cooking techniques to create a line of booze-free ‘wines’ that are meant to have complexity and actually pair with food. The NON7 was by far my favorite with its dark red fruits and lots of spice garam masala comes through prominently followed by coffee and stewed black cherry. Peppery savory and really fun to drink. Stayed fizzy in my fridge for up to a week! Try this with your next earthy savory dish like sautéed mushrooms or some type of ragu; equally good as a dry Lambrusco-alternative with pizza!
