The Vieira de Sousa Family has been making Ports and wine in the Douro for five generations and is now led by sisters Luísa and María. Unlike many Port houses, all of the grapes come from their own five Quintas which they farm sustainably (meaning they only ever use chemicals as an absolute last resort). Lasts for many weeks in the fridge and pairs with strong cheeses like Roquefort, to rich Black Forest cake, and of course chocolate bars.
