100% Petit Manseng made in the Jurançon tradition of drying the grapes on mats to concentrate the flavors and evaporate much of the water before fermentation. The result is rich and deliciously sweet, balanced by plenty of acidity to keep it from being cloying. Honey covered fruit, safron and spice. An excellent alternative to Sauternes with half the sugar!
