Beautifully rounded- ripe citrus fruit soft and dried flowers and grasses. This is Sancerre on a whole other level. The vines here are over 100 years old biodynamically farmed and of course hand-harvested. The wine spends two years in a variety of new and older barrels and finishes with some time in concrete before resting in bottle for one year before release; a true labor of love. The name refers to this being the 19th generation of the Mellot family to care for this incredible estate.
