One of the few larger distilleries that still malts- ferments and distills their whisky in house. Their current Master Blender is Rachel Barrie who continues to craft high-quality balanced Highland whiskies. Scottish barley and local Highland spring water are used and they use only top of the line Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks for aging.
