Edradour was founded in 1825 as a cooperative of local farmers- and remains a very small production while still operating a working farm. This is handmade single malt from start to finish the same way it has been for 150 years. Aged in a combination of Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon casks. Chill-filtered at 43% ABV.
