Sustainability is a huge focus for the Scully family- the founders of Clonakilty supporting whale and dolphin conservation sustainable farming practices planting hundreds of trees and using lighter glass bottles. For their flagship ‘Double Oak’ their pot-still whiskey is aged in a combination of ex-bourbon casks virgin American oak and shaved and re-toasted European oak casks.
