At Ragged Branch they control every step of the process, from growing the grains on their farm nearby, mill it onsite, then ferment, distill and bottle at the distillery. The mash for their signature Bourbon is 68% corn, 16% rye, and 16% malted barley aged in char #3 barrels for a minimum of 5 years.
