Old Elk is based in Fort Collins- Colorado and what makes their Bourbon unique is their method of very slowly proofing down their spirits so that it maintains the most flavor (where most productions add water quickly and at higher temperatures). The mashbill for the wheated bourbon is 51% corn 45% wheat 4% malted barley.
