Journeyman is a grain to bottle distillery and utilize all locally sourced- Midwest organic grains and use unfiltered/untreated water from an underground aquifer in their tiny one-stoplight village of Three Oaks Michigan. This single-distillation is made from 70% corn 25% wheat 5% rye. They have won countless awards for this spirits including the Platinum at the ASCOT Awards.
