All the grains for Field & Sound are sourced from Long Island farms and somehow that ocean influence comes across as a slightly salty finish in their Bourbon. They use a sweet mash of 60% corn- 33% Winter Rye & 7% Malted Barley The grains are milled on site distilled in copper pot stills and aged in New American Charred Oak Casks for at least 4 years non-chill filtered.
