Made entirely from fermented and distilled honey from apiaries throughout the Northeast- as far as I know the only one of its kind to be entirely honey-based. The result is still completely dry but with the lovely scent of honeysuckle and a softness on the palate that makes this an easy sipper over ice or a beautiful addition to any cocktail.
