One of the oldest Shochu distilleries in Japan and one that takes great pride in the farming of their ingredients which they do all organically. The ‘Kingfisher’ is named after the birds that can be seen flying around the stream behind the distillery. This bottling is made from their estate rice- aged in traditional kame clay aging pots.
