Named after the famous prohibition-era rum-runner Bill McCoy who developed a reputation for never adulterating his product- as so many other bootleggers were doing at the time. Following his lead these rums are made without any additives sweeteners or stabilizers. This is traditional Barbados rum from the legendary Foursquare Distillery distilled in small batches then aged in heavy char American Oak bourbon barrels​ for 5 years.
