Diamond Reserve is the introductory line of Guyanese rums from Demerara Distillers Limited​ and is incredible value for how good the rums are. Located on the east bank of the Demerara river they use exclusively Demerara sugar molasses which gives their rums a richer- more flavorful character. On top of making great rum they also convert their liquid waste into energy and much of the CO2 released from the fermentation/distilling process is captured for commercial use like carbonation and dry ice.
