Mine Hill is making spirits of terroir… in Connecticut! Working with one of the oldest family run farms in the US- the Thrall Farm for all of their grains (93% Wheat 7% wheat malt for their gin) and sourcing botanicals from around the state like eastern white pine hawthorn berry and black walnut. Delicate earthy fresh pine; an easy-sipping gin with a lot of complexity but will make a great martini!
