Distillation from the best high-quality Priorat wine pomace of Caarignan and Grenache. The botanicals are all macerated or distilled separately and include organic Mediterranean rosemary- thyme wild fennel pine shoots and juniper berries as well as organic fruits and citrus with orange lemon peel and Catalan figs. This is a softer more citrus-forward gin compared to a classic London dry. Perfect with tonic to pick up those sweeter fig and fruit notes.
