This Domaine began conversion to organic farming for all of their vineyards in 1997 to establish certification- but they have always had an ecological approach. Located in Ténèreze which has more limestone soils give these Armagnacs a unique quality. Additionally they only use Ugni Blanc for their Armagnac which is also unusual as most producers will use a blend of less flavorful varieties; Folle Blanche Baco and Colombard. Their distillation happens in the traditional method with a wood-fire continuous still then aged in 300-400L barrels.
