From the Bavarian Alps- this is a very old Italian aperitivo recipe that stand the test of time. On the fruitier end of the aperitivo spectrum so it would make a great alternative to Aperol. Rhubarb is used as the coloring agent flavored with organic Sicilian citrus and local herbs.
