Brooklyn chef-turned distiller created this tasty, balanced line of spirits inspired by his Italian heritage. This classic ‘red bitter’ is made with 17 fresh and dried organic botanicals for two weeks, including gentian, kola nut, hibiscus, fresh orange peel, and rhubarb root in non-GMO neutral grain spirit. The tincture is strained and then sweetened with organic cane sugar and cochineal for color. Use in place of Campari in a negroni or instead of Aperol for a slightly more bitter spritz.
