Amaro Sibilla has been made with the same family recipe since 1868 with a proprietary blend of herbs, roots, and barks, sweetened with honey and nothing artificial. On the less bitter end of the Amaro spectrum, showing more nuttiness, coffee, and dried fruit than overtly herbal/bitter.
