Based on a medieval recipe of four thieves who, as the story goes, traded their secret concoction for clemency. This is a well balanced amaro, not overly bitter or herbal, but still plenty of both, just enough sweetness to soften the edges coming from the raw honey. Nothing artificial added, with many of the ingredients foraged by the producers.
