This is a great introduction to Amaro! As it is on the lighter side (only 17% ABV) and nicely balanced between bitter and sweet this can easily swing as both an aperitif and digestif. It also made a fantastic “Italian Buck”, a play on the Dark n’ Stormy, swapping rum for amaro and adding ginger beer and lime!
