Komos is a luxury tequila brand that creates beautiful- aged tequilas in unique styles. They source agave from both the highlands and lowlands of Tequila to create balanced flavors in each bottling. The Añejo Cristalino begins with agave roasted in volcanic stone ovens then fermented naturally and double distilled. It then ages for one year in used French white wine barrels. To create the ‘cristalino’ effect the spirit is then charcoal-filtered for a rich smooth finish.
