Arette is the oldest family run distillery in Mexico and all the agave used is from their estate, farmed entirely without chemical inputs, and the Tequila is made without additives (which cannot be said of many of their top competitors). This Extra Anejo, aged for 3 years American White Oak barrels, manages to still capture the freshness and herbal character of agave without being overwhelmed by oak flavor.
