Distilled from 100% Maximiliana (Agave maximiliana) cooked in adobe ovens like Tequila- then fermented with native yeasts and distilled twice first in copper pot stills then in steel. Notes of Green herbs cracked black pepper hibiscus citrus zest goat cheese.
