4th generation mezcalero- Umberto working in collaboration with Egar Andrea and the local community to grow their own Espadin without chemical inputs and with sustainability at the forefront. The mezcal is made very traditionally and bottled pure without additives. Great textural mouthfeel with a good amount of smokiness gently herbal finish.
