The Litchfield Distillery take their used ‘Batchers Bourbon’ Barrels and fills them with premium- hand-crafted Vermont Syrup giving it a slightly smoky caramelized flavor. Of course it would be good on pancakes but it makes an excellent cocktail ingredient for a wintery old fashioned!
