St. Agrestis began with two first-generation Italian-American brothers who grew up on Sopressata and sips of amaro at Sunday dinner. Inspired by their heritage and the flavors that they loved- they started to produce a range of Amari in Brooklyn. They use all organic carefully sourced spices and herbs to get just the right balance and they treated their NA venture the ‘Phony Negroni’ just the same. Classic gin botanicals citrus the same bitterness drinkers of the classic cocktail and just a little spritz to give it some body. Drink it straight from the bottle over ice with an orange twist or try it with a splash of tonic or sparkling ‘wine’ a la Negroni Sbagliato. A great aperitif with appetizers!
