Seedlip Spirits comes from the mind of bartender Ben Branson who came upon a book from the 1600’s by physician John French with recipes for herbal distillates meant to cure various ails. Branson was inspired to try some of these for himself and after much experimentation- created this beatuifully epxressive line of non-alcoholic spirits distilled with all natural ingredients and designed to create flavorful food-pairing cocktails. The ‘Grove 42’ uses an array of citrus that pair really well with the sweetness of tonic or a spalsh of the Leitz sparkling rosé.
