During their travels in Asia, Ben & Jie always loved eating spicy dishes of all sorts. To pair with this love of spicy food, Ben & Jie designed our Emerald Dragon Weizen as a fusion of a German (Ben’s birth country) style Hefeweizen with a Chinese (Jie’s) twist. The classic banana & clove esters from the hefeweizen interact beautifully with the lemongrass & elderflowers to create a refreshing beer that will help tame even the spiciest of dishes.
