Note from the brewery, “A clean, crisp lager. The primary aroma & flavor note is fresh baked bread. A little more residual sugar than a standard pilsner gives this a pleasant malt sweetness. Brewed with Vienna Malt & Spalter Hops, and lengthily cold-conditioned with a Bavarian lager yeast.”
