O.E.C. (the Order of Eccentric Boilers/Brewers) is based in Oxford, CT and uses local CT grains whenever possible, and even growing some of their own ingredients! They are inspired by the original beers that were crafted without additives, unpasturized and unfiltered, many left to ferment wildly and often resting in barrels before bottling. The ‘Spacelion’ is unfiltered, unpasteurized, coolship and open fermented IPA (hopped with Citra, Simcoe & Centennial) .
