O.E.C. (the Order of Eccentric Boilers/Brewers) is based in Oxford, CT and uses local CT grains whenever possible, and even growing some of their own ingredients! They are inspired by the original beers that were crafted without additives, unpasturized and unfiltered, many left to ferment wildly and often resting in barrels before bottling. The ‘Galaxia’ is a coolshipped & open fermented southern hemisphere IPA. Australian & New Zealand hops give Galaxia a burst of citrus, passionfruit & berries with a touch of tropical lime in the finish. An open fermentation combined with a touch of wheat & oats create a delightfully soft body. Deep golden in color with a fluffy white head, Galaxia is a cosmic delicacy. Intense notes of peach, passionfruit, blackberry & a touch of lime in the finish.
