Eye Cyder comes from the makers of Radio-Coteau, a fantastic vineyard/orchard and winery in Sonoma, CA. The apples here are organically farmed and without irrigation making them more resilient in the drier, warming years ahead. This cider is bright, refreshing, and piney thanks to the addition of spruce tips in the ferment; bone-dry on the finish. At only 7% ABV this is a great aperitif as an alternative to Champagne or Cava and the taste of crunchy apples makes it perfect for fall!
