Brooklyn Cider House literally began in the middle of Bushwick- Brooklyn but from the beginning they were determined to grow their own apples so that they could have control over the farming and quality of the fruit they used. To that end they set up shop in upstate NY where their Twin Star Orchard is is growing and will soon supply all of the apples used in their production. The ‘Bone-Dry’ is a blend of Dabinett Geneva Tremlett Harry Master’s Jersey Chisel Jerset and Manchurian Crab fermented completely dry aged on the lees for 8-10 months and then lightly carbonated. Crisp clean and refreshing!
